I love how each section is a free-standing "object," even as they build to a fascinating vision. Also, moved to tears by the big-bellied man with the rusty pick up truck, his clarity and commitment to right action, so graciously performed.

A stranger once stopped to help me change my flat tire on a rainy evening in Washington, DC while his wife and children waited nearby. I'll never forget that kindness, especially in a place like DC where most belong to the hurried class.

You've beautifully captured an essence of why our relationship to time matters in shaping our character and society.
